ARE THERE ANY CHARGES FOR RETURN?
- There is a nominal handling charge of Rs. 150 for facilitating the return and exchange
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
HOW WILL I GET MY REFUND FOR COD ORDER?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a Razorpay link where you can enter your bank details and claim the refund amount.
HOW WILL I GET MY REFUND FOR PREPAID ORDER?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will refund to your source within 7 days.
HOW LONG DOES EXCHANGE TAKE?
- Once you raise the request, the products are picked up within 1–2 days
- The exchange products are delivered within 10–12 days from the date of pickup.

Returns
Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the order if:

Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days through the original payment method.
