HOW TO DO EXCHANGE OR RETURN?

  • Login with your email or mobile number
  • You will find a list of orders eligible for returns.
  • Select the relevant order and choose the items you want to return or exchange.
  • For COD orders, no bank details are collected at this stage.
WHAT ITEMS ARE RETURNABLE?
You can return your items within 7 days of receipt of your shipment.

ARE THERE ANY CHARGES FOR RETURN?

  • There is a nominal handling charge of Rs. 150 for facilitating the return and exchange
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

HOW WILL I GET MY REFUND FOR COD ORDER?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a Razorpay link where you can enter your bank details and claim the refund amount.

HOW WILL I GET MY REFUND FOR PREPAID ORDER?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will refund to your source within 7 days.

HOW LONG DOES EXCHANGE TAKE?

  • Once you raise the request, the products are picked up within 1–2 days
  • The exchange products are delivered within 10–12 days from the date of pickup.

Returns

Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the order if:

  • The product received is damaged.
  • The wrong product was delivered.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
  • Products returned without original packaging.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days through the original payment method.
